Attendance Machine

One of the most important module in OnTime Payroll System is the Device Module. You can access this module from the menu Other > Technical > Device. Please click the "Add" button to create a new device then you can name the device. If you are using a normal attendance machine please check "Yes" on the column "Use as Attendance Machine". Then input the IP address, serial number and com key of your machine.

If you are using OTP as a ADMS please insert your public ip address alongside the ip address of your attendance machine, if not please input 0.0.0.0.

If this device will be used to get data from Boss Pintar then please select "No" on the column "Use as Attendance Machine".

Device must be mapped with employee with the UserID from the device before usage. For Boss Pintar the UserID are the employee ID that can be found in the app Boss Pintar for Company.

Please keep in mind that your "Device ID" is needed to integrate data to Boss Pintar.
